Wow! What a magical day! These two tied the knot on the 26th of November 2023.

It was the first time I have been blessed with the sound of someones accidental fart at a Wedding and it was the most hilarious thing ever! If I included the photo of that person who’d just done it you’d know exactly who it was… so I will not do that to them 😂

There was A LOT to rave about this beautiful day and one of them being the incredible and high spirits everyone had. So many laughs were had and beautiful happy tears were shed. It was amazing.

The Bride and Bridesmaids

Emma looked absolutely incredible and I couldn’t believe the beautiful bridesmaids too. One by one, as they hopped out of that gorgeous VW van they got more and more gorgeous! Too much eye candy for the guests to handle!

The Groom and Groomsmen

Tipene looked absolutely tip-top sharp and so did his men.

A HOT POINTER: Cream suits and why I absolutely love them – this colour scheme can look amazing for both beach and farm ceremonies because the light, earthy tone will suit these surroundings effortlessly. They are also awesome if you are wanting to step away from the traditional colours. They slightly match your bride without being too similar and I think this is so neat! (Suits are from Hallensteins)

The Location

When I was scouting this location earlier in the day I saw these two trees that had overhanging branches – forming a beautiful and natural frame. When I saw this I just knew I had to take Emma and Tipene underneath there. And I am so glad I did!

Trust your gut feeling because it is always right. Because I went with this urge and feeling I am left with an image that has got to be one of my FAVOURITE wedding photographs.

My Photography Style

It is more Fine Art.

I love creating images that look more like art for your walls than a traditional (and in my opinion – boring) photograph of you both looking at the camera smiling. These are nice and serve their purpose but in my eyes anyone can get a nice photo of people smiling at a camera. Thats why I prefer to push the boundaries and capture something MORE for my couples. Something that is different to anything they will ever have!

Thank you so much again to the beautiful Birketts and a huge congratulations again!!! I am so happy for you both and the deep love you have for one another was especially apparent on your special day. It was beautiful to see!
